I wanted to take a brief moment to pass on my thanks and praise for two of your employees, Mr. Scott Gladden and Mr. Todd Carroll. Scott was most courteous and professional throughout the long repair process. He understood the situation we were in being a hotel with no water for a period of time. At times, guests even approached him about when the service would be restored and he was courteous and respectful in answering their untimely queries. He worked with me directly in providing information about the timeframe, process, and problems encountered. Definitely, a more pleasant experience than I am used to. Mr. Carroll handled my concerns after our first inspection visit where I felt that some things were not as I had hoped or intended. He too was very helpful, apologetic, and professional at all times. He even called me directly to ensure we were being taken care of and to ask about the service we were provided.
These two gentlemen in my opinion are great assets to your organization and represent it well. I truly appreciate everything they have done and hope that you take pride in my comments. We look forward to a continued relationship with Progressive Plumbing for all our plumbing needs.

Dear Mr. Carroll,
I wanted to let you know that I was very impressed with your plumbing company. I had a commode problem last week and Steve came and unstopped it but told me I would eventually need a new one. Shortly after he left, it stopped up again and he promptly came and put in a new one. Plus, he subtracted the earlier charge of repairing the commode from the charge of installing it, which I thought was very fair.
Steve did a good job and was always on time. He also took the time to explain my situation to me very thoroughly. He seemed very knowledgeable and I also didn’t feel like he would take advantage of me. He is definitely a credit to your company.
If I ever need a plumber again, I will certainly contact Progressive Plumbing. I hope all your employees give good customer service like Steve displayed.

Re: Water line placement / plumbing work
I just wanted to send a note thanking Dwayne Sandy for his careful work while installing my water line and interior plumbing fixtures. I’ve never been so pleased to have a giant, boulder spewing trench, a rediscovery of our long departed buried pet cat (“Midnight”), forensic investigation (“possible homicide”) by the Chapel Hill Police Department, front and back cutting edge re-landscaping, and of course toilets that actually flush (and do not leak) as well as a sealed kitchen faucet.

Dear Todd,
Earlier this month, we completed a major renovation to our home in Wake Forest, and we feel very fortunate to have has Gilbert Rodriguez and a second technician (I think his name was Scott) do the work for us. The job was challenging from the beginning. Not only was Gilbert dealing with an older house and the unknown factors that can represent, but the fixtures we selected through Wilkinson Supply were not ordered with all the necessary parts. Fortunately, Gilbert’s good judgment and careful reading of the instructions, won the day. With a less skilled and persistent plumber, we would have ended up with a very unattractive and poorly functioning faucet installation. Considering the cost of the fixtures, this could have been a disaster.
We really appreciate the extra time, phone calls to the supplier, and careful reading of the instructions to do the job right. Gilbert expressed his philosophy as – “doing the job the way he would want it done in his own home.”
Once again, we are most pleased with the professional and courteous service your company provides. Thank you so much.
